Privacy Policy for Holy Space

By using the app, you consent to this policy. We keep this concise while covering what Apple reviewers expect.

Categories of Personal Data

Display name you optionally provide.
Prayers you share with friends and chat messages (including AI-assisted chats).
Subscription status we read from Apple to confirm access; we do not receive or store full payment details.
Contact details and messages you send to support.
Device/app diagnostics and event analytics (device model, OS/app version, crash logs); these do not include the content of your prayers.
We do not store daily prayers or on-device preferences.

Directly from you when you enter prayers, chats, provide a name, or contact us.
Automatically via analytics and crash reporting for reliability and performance.
From Apple when we validate billing receipts and subscription status (handled by Apple).
When you use AI features, the prompts you enter (and related context) are sent to our model provider to generate responses.

Operate the app, show your prayers with friends, and deliver AI-backed chat responses.
Validate receipts with Apple for subscription access (Apple manages billing and refunds).
Maintain safety, debug issues, and improve performance and reliability.
Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.

Prayer text and prompts you submit for AI features are sent to our provider (OpenAI) for processing; outputs may be imperfect.
We limit prompts to the context needed and transmit them over HTTPS. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

We store only your display name and prayers/chats in Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit and at rest.
Subscription status is checked via Apple; we do not store card data or full transaction details.
Daily prayers, preferences, and reminders stay on your device unless your platform backup captures them.
Access is restricted to operational staff with a need to know; logs are monitored for abuse.

Apple: billing, subscriptions, and receipts; Apple also handles refunds.
Firebase/Google: hosting, data storage, analytics, and crash reporting.
OpenAI: processing AI prompts and generating content.
We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep data only while needed for the service or legal compliance.
You can delete your account and associated data anytime from the profile view; backups expire per provider schedules.
Transaction records must be retained as required by Apple and applicable law.

Request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data.
Opt out of non-essential analytics where available; we do not sell or share your data for targeted advertising.
Exercise rights by emailing support@holyspaceapp.com; we may verify your request.

The app is intended for general audiences and not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

The app and site may use cookies or local storage for preferences and session continuity.
Analytics and crash reporting (Firebase) collect aggregated usage trends and diagnostics, not the content of your prayers.

We will update this notice when practices change; continued use means you accept the updated policy.
