Terms of Use for Holy Space
Please read these simple terms before using the app.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Holy Space you accept these Terms of Use. We may update them; continued use after updates means you agree. If you do not agree, delete the app.
Service
Holy Space offers Bible passages, prayers you share with friends, and AI-powered chat reflections for spiritual support. It is not professional advice or emergency support, and is intended for general audiences 13 and older.
Subscriptions & Billing
Weekly and annual plans are billed to your Apple ID by Apple and auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid if not cancelled in time. Apple processes payments and handles refunds.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Apple ID settings; deleting the app does not cancel. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
User Conduct
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security, or post illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
Content & IP
We own the app, brand, and code. You keep rights to your prayers and chat messages and grant us a license to store, back up, analyze, and process them (including via AI providers) to operate and improve the service.
AI-Generated Content
AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Use your judgment and do not rely on them for decisions that could cause harm.
Termination
We may suspend or end access for violations, misuse, or legal and security reasons. You may stop using the app at any time.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid for the current subscription period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
